Spotting of Chicks

Through My Lens – Series
We knew there was a nest in the corner of our patio. Although we thought we were always being proactive by keeping an eye that the birds wouldn’t start building one…these birds worked quickly and quietly to finish their nest and lay some eggs before we knew it was there. We’re waiting for this bird family to finish up and their chicks to be grown before taking it down.
I hadn’t seen sight or heard a cry from the nest until one afternoon, these two popped into sight! Ecstatic, I grabbed the camera and fired away. That was the last time they made an appearance – over a month ago. We still don’t have the heart to remove the empty nest.
